Welcome!

Welcome to American Government in Room 325 at the Spring Grove Area High School.  I am your teacher, Mrs. Deborah Ruppert.  I attended West York schools before graduating from Millersville University with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in education.  Upon graduation, I taught in Hanover and Dover School Districts.  Since 1982, I have taught in Spring Grove schools.
